Reflection of ultracold rubidium atoms from a double potential barrier.
This diagram illustrates the reflection of ultracold rubidium atoms from a double potential barrier in one dimension. The vertical axis represents position, and the horizontal axis represents time. The two potential barriers are located where the interference fringes appear.
