Course Format


There will be two 1.5 hours lectures per week. Problem sets (7 total) will be given out every one to two weeks. The laboratory assignment, due in session 18, will be focused on an RF amplifier. The final project, due in session 25, will be focused on the design and simulation of a CMOS power amplifier for wireless applications. A quiz will be given after session 16. There is no final exam.
