  College is a time of change, growth and transition. The emphasis is on learning during this time in your life, but college is also a time to explore your ability to cope with stress, adapt to change, form relationships, balance work and play, and make personal decisions.

  During your years at Elon you may want help and guidance in dealing with emotions, gaining self-confidence or finding your own set of values. This is natural and is what the counselors are here for. Counselors work from a solution-focused, short-term orientation emphasizing client strengths.

  The R.N. Ellington Health and Counseling Center is located on campus between the Moseley and Loy centers. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday (last appointment scheduled for 4:00).
