Free college funding seminar

New England Advisors will present a free seminar, “The Complete Course in College Funding,” for parents of high school age children, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the Plymouth Public Library, at 132 South St. Learn how to earn up to $15,000 in scholarships per child, how to pay for college without going broke, how private schools can cost less than state schools, how to afford the school your children wants to attend and how to negotiate with colleges to get a better award package.
