A former college student is suing her alma mater over her roommate's inappropriate sexual behavior, claiming it drove her into a deep depression.

Lindsay Blankmeyer, 22, is seeking $150,000 in damages from Stonehill College of Easton, Mass., in the lawsuit filed last week, citing violations of the Rehabilitation Act, the federal Fair Housing Act Amendments, and Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws, ABC News reported.
