Charlette Blubaugh resigns from position at University of Central Oklahoma

Charlette Blubaugh, the former director of the Kansas ticket office alleged to have sold men's basketball tickets illegally, resigned Wednesday from her job at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Okla., an official at the school informed The Star.

Blubaugh, hired by KU athletic director Lew Perkins in 2004, resigned from her post at KU on Feb. 3. Her reported reason for the resignation was to move back to her native Oklahoma, where she had two children living with an ex-husband. Blubaugh....
