POSITION
The Department of Business at Minot State University, Minot, North Dakota, invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position with teaching responsibilities in economics, money and banking, managerial economics, and related business disciplines. This start date for this position will be in August 2027.
QUALIFICATIONS
A doctoral degree in Economics or a closely related field is preferred. Master's qualified candidates with significant working experience in financial analysis or related fields, ABD candidates, or doctoral students will be considered. The successful master's qualified candidate will be expected to complete a doctoral degree in an appropriate business-related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate significant teaching experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will typically teach 12 credit hours per semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels in face-to-face and online learning environments. Additionally, this position will have service and research responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate a record of effective teaching, a commitment to student success, and engagement with the university.
