What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. Education beyond the minimum degree requirement may count toward required experience if deemed relevant by the hiring manager. This degree requirement ensures candidates possess the financial, administrative and analytical skills essential for managing complex departmental operations, including budgeting, policy development and purchasing oversight. These competencies are typically developed and rigorously validated through the comprehensive curriculum and experiential learning inherent in a formal degree program.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or other relative area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience collaborating across departments.
