  Thinking of living off-campus? As a service to students and the College community, the Office of Residence Life maintains a basic service for opportunities for off-campus housing.

  Information to Consider When Commuting
  The checklist is provided to help individuals ascertain the condition of a possible rental property. It is provided as information only and is available to download or through the Central Office.

  Off-Campus Housing Posting Information
  A Rental Listing Resource Binder is available to any individual requesting to post information. The listings remain posted until the lessor contacts the office or the office learns the rental is no longer available. Information is accepted via email, facsimile or paper copy. No information is taken over the phone. It should be emphasized that this is a service and the Office of Residence Life assumes no responsibility for the safety, sercurity, or fitness of the housing accommodations. If students report that a listing is not accurate or questionable, the office staff will follow up.

  When you move into your new space, there are some things you can do to make the experience enjoyable for you and your neighbors. 

  Commuter Meal Plan
  Commuters, as well as apartment and house residents, may put commuter meal points on the Jaypass in the Office of Student Accounts. Twenty (20) is the minimum number of points required to put on the plan. Points carry forward to the next term.  You may charge the transaction for the points to your student account as long as your account is in good standing.

  Nutrition and Meals
  You may still enjoy all your meals on campus or begin to discover your own cooking talents. Chartwell's, our college food service, is a good source for information on nutrition as well as the menu of the day in various locations on campus.
