Topics that often concern college students are relationships with peers, family members, faculty and staff; self-confidence; adjustment problems; addictions; academic challenges; financial concerns; and a variety of mental health issues. Whatever concerns you or is a source of discomfort in your life is reasonable to consider talking over with a counselor.
The campus counselor is available to assist in various ways including individual counseling, group counseling and making referrals. Counselors can provide help in coping with the pressures and challenges of college life and may provide group educational sessions when helpful.
