NCAA visiting University of Miami regarding allegations

The NCAA is investigating claims that convicted Ponzi schemer Nevin Shapiro gave gifts and services — such as use of a yacht — to Hurricane football players while they were attending UM, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation and Shapiro’s attorney, Maria Elena Perez.
