Rutgers Denies Fault in Tyler Clementi Suicide as Parents Mull Lawsuit

As the parents of Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi, who committed suicide after his gay sexual encounter was allegedly broadcast online by his roommate, are considering suing the school, Rutgers has denied responsibility in Clementi's death.

Family lawyer Paul Mainardi filed the notice of intent to sue. He says the parents have not decided whether to move ahead with the suit.
