Michigan State University to end all undergraduate programs at Dubai campus

MSU has begun the process of eliminating all undergraduate programs at its campus in Dubai, a university official said Monday.

University spokesman Terry Denbow partially attributed the move to “dramatic,” unforeseen financial circumstances that affected the satellite campus.

MSU Dubai opened in fall 2008.

Denbow said he is unsure of a timeline for phasing the programs out. MSU Dubai’s website lists five undergraduate programs as being offered at the campus.
