At its recent commencement ceremony, Grand Canyon University (GCU) honored a steward of the servant leadership philosophy that it espouses with a special recognition.

Southwest Airlines President Emeritus Colleen Barrett was presented with an Honorary Doctorate in Business Management, with assistance from Southwest Airlines Founder and former Executive Chairman Herb Kelleher.
