Texas Tech hopes to snag future Raiders at birth.

Under a legacy enrollment program presented to regents Friday morning, Texas Tech would woo the children of university donors with birthday cards, token gifts and even a Tech blanket for their crib. Legacy students may then receive scholarships and conditional guaranteed admission to the university when they become old enough to apply for college.
