Wesleyan University locked down as suspect sought in off-campus killing

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The man who Connecticut police say stalked and killed a Wesleyan University student has surrendered after seeing his photo in a newspaper.

A clerk at a convenience store in nearby Meriden said 29-year-old Stephen P. Morgan asked her to call the police.

He was held on $10 million bail and was due in court this morning.
