Support departmental leadership by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring effective stewardship of resources.
Procurement & Accounts Payable
Support departmental purchasing activities by reviewing requisitions, vouchers, and payment requests.
Monitor vendor compliance and invoice processing to ensure timely payment and accurate financial reporting.
Process reimbursements, stipends, awards, and honoraria in accordance with university policies and procedures.
Complete monthly Purchase Card reconciliations and support departmental compliance requirements.
Grants & Contracts Administration
Monitor sponsored project expenditures and assist with grant financial management and closeout activities.
Coordinate contract submissions and support compliance with sponsor and university requirements.

Serve as a primary financial resource for faculty and staff by providing guidance on university financial, travel, procurement, and reimbursement processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service through timely communication, problem-solving, and support of departmental operational goals.
If you want to become a trusted financial partner in a dynamic academic environment, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with faculty, researchers, clinicians, and administrators in support of teaching, clinical service, and research that advances animal and human health. You’ll play a key role in the department’s success through strong financial management, compliance, and responsive customer service.
