Position Purpose
This position supports efficient and effective departmental operations and a positive organizational culture through various administrative activities. It also provides backup support as needed for other administrative functions in TDI.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Associates plus 3+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

General office, administrative, or financial experience
Effectively manage logistical and administrative details of multiple tasks or projects.
Ability to plan work, set priorities, and respond effectively to deadlines, schedule changes, and priorities.
Demonstrate good judgment and initiative.
Collaborate and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and leadership.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Maintain and foster confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Dartmouth College computer systems and operational procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications.
