Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time position: Digital Studio Manager in College of Humanities and Fine Arts.
The Digital Studio Manager position shapes and executes the Edwards College’s digital production studio and video content as it aligns with the strategic plan.

Required Qualifications: A high school diploma and relevant experience. An associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in broadcast or film production, camera operation, or post-production.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate and create engaging video productions and content to support digital marketing efforts for the Edwards College in collaboration with the Edwards College Publicity Group.
· Manage the College’s digital production studio with a student team and associated faculty and staff and oversee, maintain, and manage the production studio equipment.
· Supervise, plan, and coordinate the logistics of video programming and promotion for Dean’s Office and College-level initiatives.
· Strategize and develop productions that meet College strategic and academic goals in collaboration with academic departments and centers.
· Provide backup for the Edwards College’s film and photo equipment storage space, especially in the summer.
Production Manager II (CG20/61122579/FTE-S01047P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 05. Salary range: $39,764.00 (minimum) – $56,670.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of in-studio and field production techniques. Knowledge of equipment and workflow industry standards in broadcast, film production, and/or multimedia production. Abilities to evaluate technical qualities of program and brand materials. Ability to contribute to budgets, facilitate production equipment maintenance, and inventories. Ability to plan, record, produce, and edit original multimedia content. Ability to develop and implement visual guides, shot lists, and delegate content to student videographers. Ability to collaborate with team members, as well as communicate and train others on video production equipment. Ability to understand and maintain agency brands and the accurate deployment of those brands. Ability to train and supervise student workers.
