    Background
    We are currently seeking a qualified DevOps Engineer to help enhance our CI/CD pipeline, containerize and migrate our on-prem applications into AWS/hybrid cloud and manage orchestration through Kubernetes. Leveraging tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker, and Octopus Deploy, with a focus on “shifting left” and strengthening the security portion of DevSecOps.
    Responsibilities
    Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to build security, reliability, and scalability into the CI/CD pipeline
    Troubleshoot build and deployment issues
    Containerize existing .NET and React applications
    Create and maintain Helm templates
    Cluster orchestration through Kubernetes
    Monitor and respond to cluster/instance health and security alerts/tools
    Work with QA automation engineers, developers and the security team to integrate testing tools into the pipeline
    Minimum Qualifications
    Requires a Bachelor’s (or equivalency) and 8 years of directly related work experience in DevOps
    Or a Master’s (or equivalency) degree and 6 years of directly related work experience in DevOps.
    Preferences
    10 years in a DevOps position implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid cloud environment will be considered in lieu of education and experience requirement.
