Essential Job Duties
The College Business Analyst serves as a strategic business partner within the Poole College of Management, playing a vital role in aligning data insights with organizational goals. This position requires a deep understanding of college operations and the ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. The Analyst acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging data to inform strategic planning, improve processes, and support policy and program development.
