Job Description
The Department of Psychiatry is seeking a Program/Project Support Coordinator to provide essential support to programs serving the workforce capacity of professionals in childcare and mental health so that children can have better outcomes.
The Center for Child Well-Being, in partnership with the University of Missouri – Columbia, hosts multiple grant projects which support families, professionals, and community organizations in promoting child well-being and mental health.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as point of contact for the Center of Child Well-Being
• Provide customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues by phone or email
• Manage daily operations, including registrations, reporting, and timelines
• Create and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Take initiative and use problem-solving skills
Shift
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Survey Monkey, Doodle poll, or Qualtrics
Anticipated Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $21.28/hour - $27/hour
Grade: GGS-009
