    Provides a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance. Is the central point of contact for Business & Finance communication, official documents, and Board of Regents agenda items. Exercises a high degree of discretion and judgment while working independently. Interacts with staff and stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality.

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree plus five years of administrative support experience in varied, complex work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail, Internet, calendar management, web-based applications necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with a diverse group of individuals essential Must have ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects and ability to deal with last-minute deadlines. Excellent creative problem solving, organizational and written and verbal communication skills required. Must be flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and attentive to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field preferred. Experience working in a university setting helpful. Knowledge of SAP desirable.
