I think the biggest hurdle for foreign students taking the TOEFL exam is the oral part. Many of these students study english in the mother country but fail to practice the conversation part because there's not a need for them. They speak their respective native language during social times.

No need to crack any test if you are well prepared. The key is not to wait until the last minute. Cramping never works.
