If you haven't registered and still want to take the exam, you may do so by following the steps below.
1. Before the actual exam day, make sure you complete the registration form.
2. Bring your completed form and the necessarily fees, including standby fee to the testing center of your choice.
3. Arrive no later than 7:45 a.m.

Quite frankly, i would never do this 'stand-by' testing. It messes you up because you got one more thing to worry about. Whether if you get to take the exam or not. i would plan ahead and register on time accordingly so i can just show up that day and sit down and take the exam.
