• Does vigorous standardized testings fix our low literacy rate in our country?

• Personally i don't think so. Teachers are teaching to the test instead of actually teaching and educating. Since it has become apparent that their jobs and pay are solely dependent on these standardized test results, it is very difficult to improve our literacy rate.
