If you are invited to go interview at an out of state college, but you cannot attend due to cost and scheduling. Is it ok to request interview on the phone?

You have to be careful about phone interviews. Not everyone is good at expressing themselves on the phone. Sometimes when you do face to face interview, looks and the way you carry yourself can impress a school. So just keep that in mind.
