It depends on which angle you approach this topic with. This topic should have much depth in it. For example, how poverty affect society, what are the drivers of poverty and suggestions on how to minimize poverty in the country.

LOL...There should be plenty 'views' and 'reasons' to talk about. From a personal standpoint or a country as a whole. There are plenty to discuss and take side on what caused low income.
