Well, it all depends on what kind of graduate school you are trying to get into. If you want to get into the top ones, yes, then you should retake the exam if you think you can improve your score. If you are trying to just get in somewhere, particularly like a private school, they dont' really care if you score very high on the exam. They will generally accept you with ok standing.
