  • Submit Resume Online

Is it a good idea to approach a recruiter to help you find a job? I just found submitting yoru resume online is not really working out because I dont' think it's getting through to the correct people.

I agree with you. The more channels and different ways you try to get your foot in a door the better. Submitting your resume exclusively through the online process is like trying to find a pin in the ocean. There are way too many people doing that and it's almost impossible for your resume to get to the right people.

You have to be careful about recruiters is some of them will charge the company for landing you the job, and some will charge you when you land the job through them, make sure you have a full understanding of how it works with each recruiter.
