Why do men earn more than women? Is the glass ceiling being shattered anywhere? Is it true throughout the world or just corporate america?

I think this glass ceiling still exists although some has risen and be very successful and have their own business. If you read the Forbes TOP 100 Women in America, you will realized most of these top 100 own their own business. So in saying, no the glass ceiling has not be shattered.
