- who has a better chance of a job?
Who will have a better shot of landing a job? 1st candidate is a fresh grad from a great school, decent gpa. 2nd candidate has a degree and has been working for 5 years, but now interviewing for the same entry position as the 1st candidate.

For entry position, employers are probably looking for the fresh grad more. Simply because fresh grad may stay longer, hasn't been burned out from a previous job.
