Does anyone know if the airline industry pay well for their employees or it's the benefits that attract people to work for them? for example, like continental, the buddy pass?

I think they are average as far as how well they pay their employees. Mostly, they give their employees better benefits, so that the pay will offset the benefits, vice versa.
