If you have an accounting degree but have not taken any of the CPA exams, what are the chances of getting a job who will sponsor you to take the CPA?

Most of the bigger accounting firms will encourage their staff to obtain their CPA, and most of the time they will sponsor you. I would suggest you to take the CPA exam and get certified, because in some companies, if you do not have your CPA, you can't be a manager ever.

You can get an accounting job almost in any type and level of companies, but if you want to score big and make a good living, you have to get a CPA in order to advance in your company.
