Is it worth it to get a master in engineering? how much can it boost my salary if i get it? Many engineers that are currently in the job market says on the job experience is more important than a degree, is that true?

I think a master in engineering will not boost your salary too much. In the field of engineering, mostly depended on job experiences, a degree is just a piece of paper.
