here are some tips for being or surviving in class:
1. Be democractic. students need choices, so you give them choices.
2. Understand the purpose: students rebel for a reason, get to the bottom or that.
3. Don't be bossy. This behavior not only sets bad example, but also is the key contributor of students being revengful.
