  • Are Summer Schools No Good for Students?

Does summer classes affect student's learning achievement? With the condensed class schedules, will students be able to learn and absorb everything that was taught?

I think it wouldn't affect their learning achievement. It's all depends on how you retain the info you've learnt. As long as you have a good professor, there shouldn't be any problems with summer classes.

Well, i think if you are taking classes that are not really relevant to your major, i think it's ok. Learn what you can and move on. But if it's one of the prereq for your upper level class, i would suggest you to take it at your university so that you will have the necessary foundation for the higher level classes.
