Job satisfaction is everything an employee looks for, but many of us in the job force are just flat out miserable. Here are some common signs that you are miserable. Anonymity: Employees feel anonymous when their manager has little interest in them as people with unique lives, aspirations, and interests.
1. You are invisible, irrelevant at work. The common saying, "You are here, you are not here, no one knows or cares"
2. Not being recognized, EVER. You do the chores, but boss take all credits.
3. Sense of worthlessness. You are the last one to know anything.
