What is the difference between an executive MBA and a regular MBA? do you get paid more for a job if you have an executive MBA?

I know that not every school offer executive mba, and some of these programs are full time commitment, but once you graduate, employers do look at an 'executive' mba as a step higher than a regular mba degree.

from what i've read, the executive mba will take less time and usually for students already in management that want to move up to mid, upper or executice service. hope this helps.
