  • Credit deny for MIA'ing for class         

Can my school deny me credit for a class if i miss class for too many times? but i have excuse though, i have some family issues to deal with.

The majority of the colleges here in the US have strict policy about attendance. Even if you go to community college, they have even stricter attenance policy. If you miss 3 or more classes, then you are automatically out. I understand people have emergency and issues in life, but these rules are in place for a reason. You may certainly go to the professor or the Dean's office and plead your case, but i doubt they'll let you slide with not showing up for class. Good Luck.
