- Out of a job for 4 months
I've been laid off for around 4 months now and i'm not having any luck finding anything out there. Should i take this opportunity to go back to school and get an advanced degree?

Well, that's certainly a trend for that, but you will have to see if financially, you can support yourself. But you can always start school, continue to look for a job, and when you get a job offer, you can always negotiate something about your tuition. Even if you weren't successful negotiating, most companies provide reimbursement of some sort.
