  • College Tuition v. Salary

Can someone help me out with this question please? In 10-20 years, how would we be able to pay tuition for our children to attend college? Nowadays, for most people, our merit increase per year can't even cover inflation rate, but prices all around us are sky rocketing. Tuition fees keep increasing and salary is not increasing proportionally with it for our parents to support. What are we going to do?

i totally agree with you. not sure how to cope with that because this is certainly how the trend is becoming. i suspose we are all hoping for education reform and different approach/direction must be taken by the gov't to tackle this problem. tuitions are rising because of simple supply and demand. i guess we have to all start saving early so that we can continue to send our next generation to college.
