- Bargain for Colleges?
Does anyone know of colleges where the tuition are lower than other public schools, but provide similar level of education?

I'm not sure the locations of all these schools, but these are colleges recommended as smaller colleges, but provide great programs.

They provide amazing financial aid, grants, etc. and willing to work with you individually to meet your financial needs. Definite perks!They have a great, personalized staff, much smaller classes allow students and professors to know each other on a personal level.

If you are interested in attending colleges/universities in the west. Check out University of Tampa and University of Richmond. Their school names are not really out there and people don't notice them as much, but they are both terrific schools and have good curriculum.

If you are ok with attending community colleges, then I would recommend Austin Community College. They have a great atmosphere and staff are helpful and friendly. They also have a pretty good financial aid department.

If you like more up in the northeastern part of the country and can withstand the bitter winter cold weather. Then I recommend Dartmouth College. It's located in a remote part of NH and not that many people have heard about. It has that 'country' feel to it. Faculty to student ratio is good, the library won't be a size of a football field, but it's big enough and resourceful enough for you to do research and studies.

Well, Dartmouth is pretty well-known. Isn't it one of the Ivy League schools?
