The US government and universities have made efforts and strived to create a welcoming atmosphere for all students from different backgrounds. They are trying to provide a place for these students to feel at home even though they are geographical far away from home. Foreign students will always be able to find a family, a friend, a mosque, a church, a temple to worhsip at and they are always free to express their speech and opinion.
