Lets start with the dislikes first. I do not like the idea with all the paperwork and the political things i have to deal with. The part i love about teaching is when the students are happy to see me and when i see the light bulb comes on and students suddenly understand the concepts. Tha's a great feeling.

I can imagine grading papers for a class of 30+ can take a toll on a teacher.
