I think there are several ongoing lawsuit with multiple universities regarding the school's study abroad fee structure. For Wheaton College, resides in MA, charges $22,762.50 per semester for what they called 'comprehensive fee'. I'm still trying to get clarification whether this $22,000 some odd number is on top of the actual tuition, but chances are, if there's lawsuits ongoing, these fees are probably on top of the tuition fees.
