Need help on this research. What are the top 5 online business colleges and will the tuition for these schools considered out of state?

I hear about advertisement from University of Phoenix a lot, but i'm not sure if they are good academic wise. I do know the offer a wide range of degrees and programs for students to choose from.

I'm not sure what's the rank for these schools, but i've heard good things about them. If you are more going for the tech side, try ITT Technical Institute, otherwise, check out Kaplan University, Capella Univeristy and Berkeley College.

Thanks for all your response. I should be able to narrow my research down to those universities. I wonder if their graduate program is as good as their undergraduate programs.
