Based on the US News ranking of US colleges, which ones do you think they are overrated or underrated?

Overrated:
The University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, the University of Notre Dame, Rice University, Vanderbilt, and Washington University in St. Louis.

Underrated:
The University of Michigan, the University of California-Berkeley, the University of Chicago, Cornell University, Georgetown University, and The University of California- Los Angeles.

Overrated: Smith College, University of Michigan, and University of California-Berkley, Emory, Yeshiva University, Tulane

Underrated: Notre Dame, Boston College, Boston University, Vanderbilt, Wisconsin, Georgetown

Another thing one might considered about which universities are overrated is the tuition rate. Many people judge tuition rate level as whether the school is pretigious or not. Many schools nowadays are just hiking their prices to try to put that perception for the public. Please research deeper when choosing the right college.
