Pros:
Students in different locations will have a chance to access and learn the same course which won't be physically possible otherwise.

Course materials, files and other information can be easily distributed to all students.

Cons:
Lack of attention to the individual learning difference between students.

I think one of the disadvantages of online classroom is the inability to fully communicate with your student face to face. I think, at least on a graduate school level, the students learn better in many different aspects, for example, communication, working together as a group, face to face interaction in a professional manner, more knowledge exchange, etc.

For graduate classes, i definitely would recommend against doing online classes. One of the reason is students learn more from interacting with other students in different industries and the professor will also be able to initiate discussion and apply concepts and sometimes classroom debates will help students better understand the topics.
