If you have a psychology undergraduate degree and you are going in an interview for a banking position, how do you explain to your interviewer if they ask you why you have a psych degree and want to work at a bank?

Having a psychology major can help in many ways. You can tell the employer that you have the ability to quickly think in many different people's perspective and adapt to environment quickly. You will have good communication skills with clients and terrific customer service.
